…In Soft Hues Of Pink & Gold!
Let’s celebrate love, the love of Spring! Maybe it’s not here yet, but you know it’s on it’s way…and I think we could all use a little sunshine, don’t you?
To me, Spring is my absolute favorite season. It’s fresh, it’s new…it’s the rebirth of not just flowers and trees as the snow melts beneath the grass, but it’s also rebirth of new fashion and style! New colors, new ideas, new inspiration. A chance to start over. It’s also a popular wedding season. I’m in!
Looking for Spring fashion and style inspiration for your wedding or every day? Spring over to the guest blog I wrote for the Wishpot.com Fashion Finds blog this week. Or, visit my other fashion and style picks by viewing my Wishpot lists. Happy Spring!
…And Soared Right Into My Heart!
Ok, so I’m not writing a romance novel here, however this jewelry is most definitely glamorous and very romantic! In chinese tradition, a pair of sparrows represent eternal love as the pair will live together until their partner dies. Sparrows are also known to symbolize true love, dedication and trust…so do welcome this lovely little bird into your lives!
Wear one of these with your wedding ensemble if you’re looking for something a little outside the box! Or, instead, pair with a fab outfit for your bridal shower, bachelorette party or rehearsal dinner…to show off your heart soaring in love…
All of these pieces are from the London Glam collection by Etsy seller Voleur De Bijoux, however be sure to check out her other heart-stopping collections including Venetian, Regency, Parisian, MataHari, BohoChic, Aristocrat and Americana. Live in love!
…I’m Seriously Head Over “Heels” In Love!
When I found these drop-dead-gorgeous shoes created by Miuccia Prada on the Nordstrom blog, “From The Floor“, I couldn’t wait to show you them! I realize that they’re from the Spring 2008 collection, so perhaps I’m a little late, but hey – they’re still adorable!
These beauties come in black patent adorned with gold trim accents and gold painted flowers. The teacup–like handles on the heels would even make Alice In Wonderland swoon over them! Just look:
I can’t stop staring at them.
Sadly, if you didn’t grab these shoes last Spring, you might be out of luck. I can’t seem to find them anywhere! However, you never know…a pair could pop up on Ebay one day. If I happen to find these, I promise to share the news as to where. As for now, a girl can dream, right? So I’ve added a picture of them to the background on my computer. I know, I’m a geek!

Flowers are lovely, but if you’re looking to save money, these make a wonderful alternative!
