…Get Fit With The Shoes!
You know I’m all about high heels and pretty little shoes. However, if you’re looking to show off those legs of yours with a fabulous pair of heels on your wedding day (or any day!), consider getting these shoes which I guest blogged about this week on the Wishpot.com Wedding Blog…
“Get a workout while you walk around. Engineered to engage muscles, lessen joint impact and absorb shock, these flip-flops burn calories and tone legs with every step.” – V.S.
“With built in balance pods, the Reebok EasyTone will help you firm and sculpt your legs and rear while you go about your busy day. These balance pods create a naturally unstable platform as you walk, causing your muscles to activate and adapt.” – Reebok
With all of the running around and shopping brides do with wedding planning, shoes like these are the perfect way to get fit in time for your wedding day, even if you feel you don’t have the time to excersize. Hot legs, nice butt? These are great for any fabulous multi-tasking woman!

Have you ever visited the kind of jewelry store where inside, you fall in love with every piece displayed? That’s the exact feeling I experienced when I visited Oye Modern online today. Brides, if you’re trying to find the right jewelry for all of your pre-wedding parties or your wedding day, take a look at some of these beauties below!
Looking for unique wedding bands or engagement rings? Check out this Inner Message Ring! Choose from “Marry Me“, “Always“ or personalize your own message. If you take the ring off, you’ll see an imprint of the words on your finger…pretty cool, right?
Order a set in either sterling silver or gold, to exchange on the big day. Not only stylish, but somewhat practical for those who might work in construction and need to take their rings off for safety reasons!

Hello Darling at the Macy’s Flower Show in Chicago this weekend, April 10 – 13th (off Easter Sunday)! The entire show runs through April 19th, for more details and to see the other featured floral designers, click HERE.
“For the first time in the history of the State Street flower show, five top local floral artists will showcase their individual artistry when each creates a one-of-a-kind floral-themed masterpiece known as Bouquet of the Day. These awe-inspiring bouquets will be created by some of Chicago’s top floral designers. Each designer will be challenged to bring their unique touch to a floral focal point at Macy’s on State Street.
Inspired by this year’s theme, Dream In Color, these remarkably unusual designs will exemplify the personal style of each designer and highlight some of the most dazzling floral displays ever to be seen in the Windy City. Sure to be a spectator favorite and a flower show mainstay, the Bouquet of the Day will be featured in the main aisle in the Cosmetics department. Each larger than life bouquet will sore nearly 10 feet in height.” – Macy’s

…With Lovely & Affordable Rings!
Man, weddings can get expensive, can’t they? By the time you’re finally done planning (or close to being done) all you want to do is chill. Maybe spend some time with your fiance…or let your hair down with your girls! After all, if they’ve been living up to their bridesmaid “duties” they probably need some chill time too. And maybe a little token of appreciation for all their hard work.
If you’re looking for bridesmaid gift ideas but you’ve broken the bank paying for your wedding, fear not – their gifts don’t have to be expensive, just special! Get them a little something special to not only remember your day by, but your friendship as well.
Perhaps a pretty little ring will do the job? Choose from over 40 designs or have one custom made by Etsy seller SoraDesigns! Below are a few of my personal favorites…to see more of my favorites, head on over to my guest blog over at the Wishpot.com Wedding blog by clicking HERE.
While you’re at it, why not get one for yourself, too? You could even wear it on your wedding day…as “something new”!

…All I Can Say Is, “Oooh, la, laaaa!”
Damn! Have you ever seen such a rockin’ hot dress? No, for real, this dress is amazing! It took my breath away when I first saw it. For you darling brides out there looking to wear red on your wedding day, I think this dress by designer Sherri Hill would be killer sexy!!! For those of you sticking to tradition, no worries, it’s also available in white. Shazaaaaam! Did I mention it’s also decently priced?
“Rows of French lace cover this gown and each row gets wider as it nears the sweeping hem. The gown, lined in nude to better show off the rich lace, features a taffeta sash, large bow and comes with matching antique inspired flowers.” – Sherry Hill
Love it? Go ahead and find a store near you. When the big day comes, your man will be drooling as you walk down the aisle. And you, my dear, can just put a happy little grin on your face because you’ll know you look hot! Enjoy!
It Started With A Kiss, So Let Us Toast To This…
The date is nearing for my little sister’s upcoming bridal shower. My other sister and I are planning the event and we have changed our minds from a vintage cherry theme to this, since we decided it’s a little more “her”…

Luscious pinks and vibrant oranges will set the tone for the day, since she loves bright, bold colors. Decor will consist of gerbera daisies, candles and a few other surprises. Instead of a champagne toast, we’ll be toasting with yummy mimosas!
The creative juices are flowing, I just can’t wait! Be sure to stay tuned for pictures…cheers!
