Flash Your Femininity With A Little Designer Inspired DIY…

…And Get Ready To Rock Your Inner Girly Bride Side!

Who doesn’t love a unique pair of feminine shoes to strut their stuff in?  I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there’s something to be said about the feeling you get when you put on a great pair of heels!  In my opinion, high heels can give you automatic confidence and make you feel super sexy no matter what else you’re wearing.  So why not feel confident and sexy on your wedding day?

Get inspired by these intriguing bow shoes by French designer Alexis Mabille, who’s well known for his desirable bow creations:

Not flying to France anytime soon?  Why not ring some DIY bells before your wedding bells?  Are you daring enough to add a few bow embellishments to the heels of your shoes?  What if you just experimented with an affordable pair like these:

Kardin Dress Pumps from Payless:

Nobody ever said style had to be expensive.  In fact, cheap is chic!  So go grab some fabulously affordable pumps, head over to the craft store, pick up some sugarly sweet satin bows in different sizes, perhaps a glue gun too…and get busy!

Not a fan of bows?  Try rhinestones, buttons, lace, feathers, whatever floats your boat.  Get creative.  Make them yours.  Before you know it you’ll have an amazing pair of ultra-feminine heels to show off come your big day.  When guests ask you who designed your shoes, proudly say “With a little inspiration from Alexis Mabille, I did!”, then get ready to say, “I do” – Cheers!

  2. Hi Pam!

Glad you liked the idea, aren’t those shoes just so fun? I might have to make a pair for myself. Anyhow, thanks for reading – Happy New Year!

  3. I always loved the idea of jazzing up your existing shoes!
Take a peek at my website where I design my own shoe clips, that can be attached onto any shoes and transform them from simple Janes to fabulous Audreys!
