Eating Healthy Can Taste Sooooooo Good!
Three weeks ago, I joined Weight Watchers, as summer is pretty much almost here and I have so many weddings to look forward to! I want to look GREAT, so I decided not to diet.
Instead, I joined Weight Watchers, where I can eat whatever the heck I want to, and still lose weight! Love it. Progress so far? Five pounds – vanished! And the party continues…with really yummy food!
I highly suggest Weight Watchers to anyone who wants to lose weight, and keep it off – and to anyone who just wants to be healthier. It’s the healthiest way to lose. Plus, you get to eat whatever you want! It’s all about making the right choices. It’s not a diet…no, that’s a “bad 4-letter word”! It’s not a diet, my friends…it’s a “lifestyle“.
They make it easy for you, using point values (Flex Plan) for each item of food you eat, so you can better keep track. Not into keeping track of points? Try their “Core Plan”, where it’s more about what you eat (example, food with more fiber)…and you can still incorporate points into your food, if it helps. I’m on the Flex Plan. I weigh in every week, it’s affordable and motivating! It works. For real! You can even do it online if you don’t have time to go to meetings.
(Oh, and by the way, you don’t HAVE to go to meetings, you can just weigh in and leave, but meetings are SO helpful!)
